Job summary

Cogir Real Estate seeks a Resident Concierge for a Gatineau rental building to maintain common areas, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for tenants.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, autonomous, with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a DVS or high school diploma. This full-time daytime role includes salary to be discussed, cellular provided, free parking, group insurance, vacation and a welcoming, tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property areas and systems.
• Maintain and clean the premises.
• Clear and salt the entrances.
• Make service calls.
• Maintain the garden and outdoor areas.
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots.
• Preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.

Purpose of the position

Cogir Real Estate is currently looking for a Resident Concierge for its rental building located in Gatineau. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Make service calls
• Maintain the garden
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Clean the administrative office
• Taking out the trash
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary
• Perform other related duties
• Respond to all emergency situations
• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
