Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise or perform all related maintenance tasks as requested by supervisor.
• Take out the trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain and clean the lobby and corridors.
• Carry out minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, lighting, etc.).
• Clean and perform maintenance duties as needed.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Purpose of the position

We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.Schedule: Permanent, day shift position.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Taking out the trash
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• All other related tasks
