Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking a Residence Services Representative to respond to student and guest inquiries, manage service requests, and perform daily front desk duties at the residence in Oakville, Ontario.

You will interact with students and guests, handle reservations and payments, and support housekeeping and residence staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and guests with inquiries and service requests.
• Process payments and invoices; maintain accounts.
• Maintain desk, lobby, and front desk area.
• Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure privacy and safety procedures are followed.
• Use campus software and generate office reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and residence staff.
