Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking a Reservations & Royal Service Agent to deliver warm, anticipatory service over the phone. This full-time, permanent role starts in November/December 2026 with a starting pay of 22.35 CAD per hour. Tenure-based increases to 26.95 CAD after 3 years.
The role involves handling guest inquiries, booking reservations, selling guestrooms and dining options, and ensuring seamless check-in/out processes to maximize revenue.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.35 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.95.
