Job summary

Glencore Canada is seeking a Coordinator for Talent Management and Organizational Development at Raglan Mine, Laval Office. You will develop and implement talent programs and advisory support to managers across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include designing processes, coordinating succession planning, and analyzing HR metrics to drive continuous improvement, in a high-turnover mining context.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, organizational development, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Have a working knowledge of English

How You Contribute To Our World
