Job summary

Raglan Mine, operated by Glencore, is seeking a Coordinator - Talent Management and Organizational Development for a 24-month temporary position in Laval. You will lead programs to develop talent, design processes, and advise managers across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Chef - Skills Development, you will coordinate development, training needs, and knowledge transfer while building engagement strategies for a high-turnover mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, organizational development, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisory partner to managers and support employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and succession planning.
• Design, roll out, and update processes, tools, and initiatives in talent management and organizational development.
• Coordinate succession planning, employee development, training needs, career paths and knowledge transfer.
• Develop engagement, retention, and development strategies for mining sector with high turnover.
• Produce and analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to programs and tools.

How You Contribute To Our World

Reporting to the Chef - Skills Development, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring the continuous improvement of programs, processes, and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Serving as an advisory partner to managers and supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and succession planning.
• Design, roll out, and update processes, tools, and initiatives in talent management and organizational development.
• Coordinate succession planning, employee development, training needs, career paths, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop engagement, retention, and development strategies tailored to the realities of the mining sector in a high-turnover environment.
• Produce and analyze HR metrics, monitor best practices, and make recommendations aimed at the continuous improvement of practices, programs, and tools.

Profile Required

• Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, organizational development, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Have a working knowledge of English
