Job summary

Glencore Raglan Mine is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our Health Services team on a 24-month, 2-site rotation. You will provide counseling and psychosocial support to employees, coordinate crisis interventions and collaborate with site teams on complex cases.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work or psychology, 5 years' field experience with local communities, membership in a recognized professional association, and bilingual French-English.

• Be a member of a recognized professional association.
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
• Working knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.

HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Health Services Supervisor, you will work alongside our team of nurses. You will be responsible for providing counseling and psychosocial support to employees at Raglan Mine.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology
• Have 5 years of relevant experience working with local communities
• Be a member of a recognized professional association
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential
