Role Expectations
  • Work scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone or email.
  • Handle each call until resolution, including follow-up to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
  • Build rapport with customers using positive language and anticipating their needs.
  • Accurately input all necessary information into the company database.
  • Provide basic coverage information and arrange supplemental services as needed.
  • Support data tracking and manage spreadsheets.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Bilingual skills (English and French) are an asset.
  • No prior insurance industry experience required.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $43,700 - $80,500. Actual salary may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, and market factors. Benefits include:
