As a member of the Business Intelligence Services department, the Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing ASEBP's ability to fulfill its mandate. This position will be responsible for developing ad hoc and operational reports across a wide variety of business data sources, conducting thorough analysis, and communicating findings to support various business processes and strategic initiatives. The Reporting Analyst will work closely with internal business customers and subject matter experts and balance a workload consisting of day-to-day management of service requests assigned through a ticketing system combined with some ongoing project work.
