About the Role

As a Senior BI & Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of unlocking the value of data within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand business needs and deliver high-quality analytical solutions. This role involves advanced data profiling, mining, validation, and the development of tools using Power BI and Copilot. You’ll also lead workshops, UAT cycles, and help manage Agile processes as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to define product requirements and data needs
• Conduct data profiling, mining, and validation
• Deliver actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis
• Design analytics tools using Power BI and Microsoft Copilot
• Lead UAT sessions and requirements workshops
• Create user stories and support Agile development practices
• Act as Scrum Master for the team
• Ensure high standards of data integrity, usability, and visualization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA is an asset
• 5+ years of SQL, data profiling, and validation/testing experience
• 5+ years in data analytics or BI analyst roles
• 3+ years of Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Power BI components, and Agile methodologies
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills

Role Specifics

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
