Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in sales, renewals, or lead generation.
• University/College degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to listen and understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Quote renewal opportunities and position upsells to ensure value.
• Collaborate with internal sales to prepare competitive renewal quotes.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting within the sales territory.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and Account Executives.
• Drive new maintenance renewal contracts while promoting OpenText support programs.
