Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Travel Consultant to craft bespoke itineraries for clients worldwide. In this fully remote role you will design experiences, handle bookings, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless journey from start to finish.

You will leverage your destination knowledge, GDS proficiency, and strong communication to meet client needs, manage time independently, and contribute to growth with commissions and travel perks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a travel agent or travel consultant.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel desires, budgets and requirements for domestic and international trips.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation and activities.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours and other travel-related services with accuracy and competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide clients with necessary travel documents.
• Handle client inquiries and provide support throughout their travel journey.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations and destination information to offer the best advice.
