Job summary

IREN is seeking a Scheduler, Technical Program Management to own the integrated master schedule across all AI infrastructure programs. You will coordinate milestones with vendors, construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments, reporting to the Director of TPM.

You will run weekly reviews, manage baselines and forecasts, and apply CPM and risk analysis to keep programs on track in a remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling or program controls experience.
• Strong CPM understanding and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream schedules with dependencies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership narrative.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the integrated master schedule across all active programs using MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Identify and maintain the critical path across workstreams; flag variances and downstream impact.
• Run weekly schedule reviews with program leads and update baselines/forecasts.
• Track milestones across vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments.
• Produce schedule variance reports and trend analysis for executives.
• Manage schedule change requests and communicate revised timelines.
• Coordinate with Procurement to integrate long-lead hardware timelines into the master schedule.
• Support Design PM and Customer Delivery PM with schedule inputs and dependency mapping.
