Job summary

JSI Telecom invites applications for the Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) - Agentic AI Automation Co-op, Winter 2027. You will design, build, and maintain agentic AI automations to streamline recurring TPMO processes and reduce manual effort across a major engineering organization.

You’ll integrate tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence, and PowerBI, automate status audits, and generate dashboards for teams and executives.

Qualifications

Experience with agentic AI / LLM-based automation tools.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, VBA, or Go.
Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Experience in an Agile software environment (Scrum or Kanban).
Familiarity with issue tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint).
Experience with data visualization/BI tools (PowerBI).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain agentic AI automations for recurring TPMO processes.
Automate process and work status audits across Agile teams.
Coordinate staff actions for hires, departures, team changes, and reorganizations.
Generate and update recurring reports and dashboards for stakeholders and executives.
Integrate agentic AI tools with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence, and PowerBI to reduce manual work.
Identify TPMO processes suited to automation and propose PoCs.
Document automations and train TPMO staff.
