Agropur is seeking a senior Planning and Scheduling expert to own development, integration, and reporting of schedules for large EPC/EPCM programs. You will drive baseline schedules, risk analysis, and executive dashboards in a highly matrixed organization.

Your experience includes Primavera P6, CPM/IMS mastery, and earned value management for multi-project capital programs valued from hundreds of millions to multi‑billion dollars. Flexibility for remote work is available.

Formación

• The candidate owns 15+ years in project planning and scheduling, including EPC/EPCM contexts.
• Experience with integrated master schedules across multi-project capital programs.
• Strong proficiency in CPM, IMS, EVM, and resource loading is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and control Level 1–5 schedules using CPM best practices.
• Create and maintain IMS for multi-project programs and integrate schedules across contractors.
• Lead planning workshops and baselines; monitor progress and forecasts.
• Support EVM, PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI, and recovery planning; present to leadership.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up.
