Job summary

Podtech Data Centers Inc. is seeking a Scheduler, Technical Program Management, to build and maintain the integrated master schedule for AI infrastructure programs.

You will coordinate with program leads, procurement, and design teams to ensure milestones, vendor deliveries, and customer commitments are aligned in a single baseline. The role requires strong CPM knowledge, 3+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scheduling or program controls.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet or equivalent.
• Strong CPM understanding and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream schedules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• PMI-SP or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, data center, HPC, or hyperscale deployment preferred.
• Experience integrating hardware procurement lead times into schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the integrated master schedule across all active programs using MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Identify and maintain the critical path across workstreams — flagging variances and downstream impact to the Director of TPM.
• Run weekly schedule review sessions with program leads, updating baselines and forecasts based on actuals.
• Track key milestones across vendor deliveries (Dell, NVIDIA, Lenovo, Supermicro), construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments.
• Produce schedule variance reports and trend analysis for executive reporting.
• Manage schedule change requests — assess impact, update baselines, and communicate revised timelines.
• Coordinate with Procurement to integrate long-lead hardware delivery timelines into the master schedule.
• Support the Design PM and Customer Delivery PM with workstream-level schedule inputs and dependency mapping.
