Job summary

Agropur seeks a seasoned planning and scheduling expert to own development, integration, monitoring, and reporting of schedules for large industrial programs. You will lead CPM-based planning across EPC/EPCM environments, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes IMS development, resource loading, risk identification, and data-driven decision support for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong planning & scheduling background in large EPC/EPCM programs.
• Experience with CPM analysis, progress measurement, and baselines.
• Familiarity with EVM, KPIs, and executive reporting for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Level 1–5 schedules using CPM and best practices.
• Create Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multi-project programs and align contractor schedules.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities in a single program view.
• Monitor progress, perform earned value analysis, and support forecasting using KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify risks via schedule risk management techniques and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and governance boards.
