Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. (Accenture I&CP), formerly Comtech Group Inc., is seeking a seasoned Planning & Scheduling leader to drive master scheduling for large programs.

You’ll work across data centers, grids, transit, and industrial projects within a technology-driven delivery ecosystem. The role requires 12+ years in planning, PMP/PMI-SP/PSP certifications, and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Navisworks, Synchro, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of Planning and Scheduling experience on large projects or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications including PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP; Primavera P6 certificate is an asset.
• Strong understanding of project management and scheduling methods; experience with related tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage schedule standards, goals and policies for the project or program.
• Plan, develop, and maintain the Master schedule to meet objectives and schedule basis.
• Develop and manage progress measurement, earned value, performance data, and schedule reporting.
• Prepare scheduling procedures for contractors and project team.
• Formulate and maintain the basis of schedule, baseline curves, and progress forecasts.
• Coordinate risk analysis to create a schedule risk mitigation plan.
• Generate monthly updates, dashboards, and progress reports; monitor slippages.
• Provide schedule input to procurement bid process and manage consultants, vendors, contractors.
• Maintain and optimize schedule through change management; assess impacts of changes.
• Analyze schedule variances, floats, trends, and KPIs.
• Mentor and participate in hiring for scheduling team; develop service vision.
