Darktrace in Canada seeks a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth, customer advocacy, and commercial awareness, helping customers derive lasting value from cybersecurity technology. You will partner with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to turn deployments into daily adoption and measurable outcomes, while aligning with cross-functional teams.

This remote role requires travel at least twice yearly; candidates near our Toronto office may be asked to come in weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• 3+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (CSM/TAM/etc).
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Translate complex tech concepts into practical guidance.
• Comfortable engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, admins, leaders and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection or incident response is desirable.
• Familiarity with CS platforms, health scoring, renewal governance advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create technical success plans to adopt the platform and realise value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Use usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges and gaps.
• Provide health insights for renewal readiness and account strategy.
• Surface opportunities to support expansion with Account Executive.
• Champion customer feedback and success requirements internally.
