Job summary

Dynatrace LLC seeks a Solution Engineer to join its sales engine, delivering expert technical demos, PoCs, and architectural guidance. You will collaborate with product labs, services consultants, CSMs, and marketing to articulate Dynatrace value and win opportunities.

This remote role requires residing near Montreal or Quebec City and travel up to 30%. You will engage with customers at technical and executive levels, translate complex issues into business value, and work across teams to advance

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the observability space or related field.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, serverless, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Programming/scripting: Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with DevOps/SRE and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Automation tooling: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace offerings at events and customer meetings.
• Identify new sales opportunities with the sales team and existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions to support opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite audiences.
• Provide technical guidance through Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations and participate in events and booths.
• Collaborate with partners and be the technical contact for their teams.
