Salas O'Brien Canada Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support engineering and architecture talent nationwide from a remote Canada-based location.

You will source, screen, and close qualified engineers, architects, and technical professionals, building strong relationships with hiring managers across time zones. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing beyond traditional channels, credible outreach to passive candidates, and delivering diverse slates within a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of recruiting experience within technical industries (AEC/engineering).
• Proven success sourcing passive, hard-to-find technical professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, offers & closing.
• Build and prioritize talent pipelines, focusing on hard-to-fill disciplines and geographies.
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn using Boolean search, referrals, associations, and market mapping.
• Identify passive candidates and maintain relationships for current and future needs.
• Present qualified, diverse candidate slates with market context and recommendations.
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
