Job summary

Globus Family of Brands is seeking a Program Manager (Technology) for a contract-to-hire engagement. The role supports cross-functional delivery across global initiatives and platforms, with remote work primarily in the USA or Canada.

The contract offers hourly compensation, transitioning to a CAD annual salary later. The successful candidate will have extensive program management experience, governance skills, and familiarity with ERP/MDM and enterprise platforms, plus vendor and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Program Management/PMO/Project Management.
• 2–3+ years managing cross-functional programs.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as MS Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Customer Experience, Customer Data, ERP, MDM, or workflow automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with third parties and managed service providers.
• Experience supporting governance processes, program reporting and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple teams and projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and execute program plans aligned to organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery plans; monitor priorities and budgets.
• Support governance and reporting; escalate risks and decisions.
• Coordinate dependencies and ensure effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
