Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead Microsoft-centric client engagements across Canada. You will own day-to-day execution, governance, and coordination with delivery teams and the PMO to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager, preferably leading Microsoft-centric projects (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Power Platform).
• Solid organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project management tools/techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to optimize capacity and timelines.
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Lead regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Capture lessons learned for PMO continuous improvement.
