Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 15 20 years of experience in resource management, project management, delivery management, and large-scale enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage program scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Partner closely with business leaders, Product Owners, architects, and development teams to drive decision-making and manage expectations.
• Oversee end-to-end program governance, including risk management, issue resolution, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Serve as the Scrum of Scrums Lead, coordinating multiple Scrum teams and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
• Manage inter-team dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent execution across the program.
• Monitor program metrics, delivery milestones, quality, and overall performance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact timelines, scope, or quality.
• Provide strong people leadership by mentoring team members, fostering accountability, supporting career development, and building a high-performance culture.
• Drive delivery excellence across large-scale enterprise application programs.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions effectively to leadership and senior stakeholders.
