Job summary

Yorkville University and Toronto Film School is seeking a Business Development Representative (Student Recruitment) to connect with prospective students, qualify interests, and pre-qualify them for Admissions.

This fully remote role serves candidates in Ontario with 1:00–9:00 p.m. ET hours and bi-weekly Saturday shifts. You will build rapport, track activity, and collaborate with Admissions Advisors to guide applicants through next steps.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet outreach targets.
• Able to manage a remote workload with diligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective students.
• Qualify interests and motivations to match programs.
• Pre-qualify and connect engaged individuals with Admissions Advisors.
• Maintain a high-quality outreach pipeline and track activities.
• Collaborate with Admissions team to support recruitment goals.
