Job summary

Yorkville University and Toronto Film School are seeking a Curriculum Design Specialist to shape and renew academic programs across face-to-face, online, and blended formats. You will partner with faculty and subject matter experts to design outcomes, assessments, and materials that meet regulatory standards.

The role is hybrid, with attendance required in-office at either the Fredericton or Toronto campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Master's degree is an asset.
• Experience in post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to translate program goals into curricula, learning outcomes, assessments, and content.
• Develop innovative instructional strategies and resources to enhance student engagement.
• Evaluate and align curricula with regulatory standards and accessibility requirements.
• Continuously improve curricula by analyzing feedback and current research.
• Communicate progress, manage timelines, and align stakeholders across projects.
