This remote role emphasizes outreach to students and families, partnerships with tutors and community organizations, and representing the school at virtual events. You will drive enrollment activity, follow up on leads, and report on pipeline progress, earning $200 commission per enrolled student with no cap.

We are Open World School, an accredited online high school offering Ontario grades 9–12 courses to students across Canada and internationally. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us reach more students.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for someone who

• Is a strong communicator, comfortable with students, parents, and community partners
• Has experience in sales, outreach, enrollment, or education
• Can work independently in a remote environment
• Understands or is familiar with the Ontario high school system (an asset)
• Is entrepreneurial and results-driven

Compensation

$200 commission per enrolled student — no cap, no complicated formulas. The more students you enroll, the more you earn. Full product training will be provided. Flexible remote work.
