You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing reception and providing administrative support to keep the campus running smoothly. Responsibilities include classroom and studio bookings, inventory management, and mail handling to support a productive learning environment.

This is an onsite, part-time role based at one of our downtown Toronto campus locations. Hours include weekdays, evenings, and scheduled weekend shifts.

What’s in it for you

Impact. You will directly contribute to student success by supporting the smooth functioning of the campus, ensuring classrooms, studios, and events run seamlessly.

  • Coordinate campus resources. Oversee classroom and studio bookings, support on-campus meetings and events, coordinate catering when needed, and liaise with facilities or internal teams.
  • Support daily operations. Manage mail distribution and inventory, keep supplies organized, liaise with third-party contractors, and contribute to general administrative tasks.
  • Champion our culture. Contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment aligned with our values of equity, learning, and wellness.
What you bring
  • Experience and skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. Administrative or reception experience is an asset but not required.
  • Technical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Forms and PowerPoint experience is a plus.
  • Communication. Professional verbal and written communication with students, staff, and external partners. A welcoming reception presence with efficient administrative support.
  • Flexibility. Availability to work up to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
