Reporting to the Campus and Executive Support Manager, we have an opportunity for a Part-time Campus Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our downtown Toronto campus. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing reception and providing administrative support to keep the campus running smoothly. Responsibilities include classroom and studio bookings, inventory management, and mail handling to support a productive learning environment.
This is an onsite, part-time role based at one of our downtown Toronto campus locations. Hours include weekdays, evenings, and scheduled weekend shifts.
Impact. You will directly contribute to student success by supporting the smooth functioning of the campus, ensuring classrooms, studios, and events run seamlessly.
