Part-time Campus Administrative Assistant
You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, supporting the daily operations of the downtown Toronto campus. This onsite, part-time role includes reception, administrative support, classroom and studio bookings, inventory management, and mail handling to create a productive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact. Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors; manage inquiries promptly and professionally; handle incoming calls and emails and direct them appropriately with accurate information.
- Coordinate campus resources. Oversee classroom and studio bookings; support on-campus meetings and events, including catering requests and liaison with facilities or internal teams.
- Support daily operations. Manage mail distribution and inventory; maintain organized supplies; liaise with third-party contractors as needed.
- Champion our culture. Contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment that reflects our values of equity, learning, and wellness.
What you bring (Qualifications)
- The experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; willingness to learn quickly; discretion and professionalism. Previous administrative or reception experience is an asset but not required.
- The technical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Forms and PowerPoint is a plus.
- The communication. Professional verbal and written communication; ability to interact confidently with students, staff, and external partners; capable of balancing a welcoming reception with efficient administrative support.
- The flexibility. Availability up to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
