Job summary

Ayming Canada seeks a Business Development Manager in Toronto, part of a global performance consulting group. You will generate leads, diagnose client needs, and manage the full sales cycle while building partnerships with incubators to referrals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in software sales, consulting sales, or engineering background is an asset.
• Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate leads, open doors, and manage the sales cycle to contract signature.
• Highly motivated, results driven, independent thinker, perseverant and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through researching the market and cultivating your network; create partnerships with incubators for referrals.
• Diagnose prospects' business climates, challenges, strategic needs, and pain points; develop a true-value proposal to impact their business.
• Manage the entire sales process for all business leads.
• Identify decision makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute sales techniques to close deals.
