Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Manager to own the critical window from signing to live rollout. You will onboard hundreds of new customers each month across multiple products, guiding them from Account Setup through to handoff to Customer Success.

You will deliver live trainings and group webinars, work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and CS to surface friction and ensure successful adoption. Remote-first role in Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or enablement within a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across live calls, video meetings, email, and webinars.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new Roofr customers, from account setup to training to handoff to CS.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions and group webinars that drive adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Retention, Product, and CS.
• Guide customers through Roofr workflows, tailoring to each business needs and technical experience.
• Drive customers to a successful graduation when they are live and self-sufficient.
