• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow implementations, process improvements, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports; design dashboards to visualize KPIs.
