Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Canadian team in Ottawa. You will be the primary technical resource for the sales team, translating cybersecurity requirements into architected solutions and driving the technical win across accounts.

You will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle, including discovery, RFP responses, POVs, and executive-level engagements. Prior Canadian government experience is a plus, and bilingual English/French is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Residence in Canada.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in a pre-sales or high-level consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and qualify customer requirements.
• Own the technical response for RFIs and RFPs with virtual teams.
• Lead POVs from engagement to completion to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and SE Managers on strategy and pipeline.
• Maintain proactive relationships with target accounts and manage footprint.
• Mentor junior SEs and support product management and beta programs.
