This role can be based anywhere in Canada and offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge security technologies in a fast‑growing, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team during the presales cycle
Understand customer business and technical requirements and map them to our security solutions
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs)
Design high‑level and detailed network security architectures
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate technical content
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams
Stay current with industry trends, threats, and competitive technologies

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a presales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role
Strong background in network and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, SASE, SD‑WAN, Zero Trust, cloud security)
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs)
Experience working with enterprise or service provider customers
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to travel occasionally within Canada
