Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Process Engineer to lead advanced process development and optimization initiatives across facilities, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness from a distance.

The role requires deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven ability to influence change remotely. You will guide cross-functional teams and deploy process control strategies to ensure consistent product output.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of progressive experience in process engineering in complex manufacturing environments.
Experience leading process design, validation, and optimization projects.
Expertise in statistical analysis, simulation software, and process automation technologies.
Excellent remote communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Conduct in-depth technical reviews and feasibility studies for process improvements and new technology implementations.
Develop and implement process control strategies and quality assurance plans to ensure consistent product output.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to manufacturing sites and engineering teams remotely.
Analyze process data to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions for enhanced performance.
Champion the adoption of best practices and new engineering methodologies across the organization.
