Qualifications

• 7+ years of process engineering experience with a focus on optimization and project leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Remote project leadership experience managing complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional virtual communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of complex operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize workflows, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Create detailed project plans for process improvement initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful remote execution.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model process performance and predict the impact of changes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders through virtual communication channels.

Education

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
