The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Operations Management (MBA preferred), 7+ years in business operations, and proven experience with Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations or strategic planning.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Remote work experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
