Job summary

Access is the world's largest private records and information management provider with a North American footprint. We seek a Senior Payroll Analyst to drive US/Canada payroll processing using ADP Lyric, ensuring timely tax filings and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

You will partner with HR, external vendors, and business units to resolve complex payroll issues, perform audits, and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience administering multi-state payroll and applying payroll tax requirements
• 4+ years of Canada payroll experience; CNESST knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly North America payroll processing using ADP Lyric
• Ensure tax filings and year-end reporting (W-2, RL1, T4) accuracy
• Collaborate with HR and vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance
