The role supports payroll processing for up to 200 Canadian & USA employees, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting. Excellent foundation from PCP/PLP and payroll coursework will help you grow.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and benefits administration in ADP Workforce Now, plus basic HR inquiries and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-cycle payroll processing for up to 200 Canadian & USA employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including ROE preparation and final pay calculations.
• Coordinate attendance tracking and leave management.
• Administer Canadian & USA benefits programs with monthly reconciliations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now).
• Support HR administrative duties and coding in payroll-related tasks.
• Contribute to HR and operational projects and employee engagement initiatives.
