Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join their remote team serving clients across South Africa. The role focuses on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing client processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve quality using Lean and Six Sigma.

You will map processes, implement updated workflows, and guide organizations through change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering domains.
• 6+ years in business process management, operational consulting, or continuous improvement roles.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping/modeling tools.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN to design optimized processes.
• Develop detailed process maps, implement new workflows, and manage the transition to improved operational models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of process changes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and measure impact.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill client teams in new process methodologies.
