McFadyen Digital is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our demand engine. Remote position with responsibility for paid, email, and nurture programs, in collaboration with sales to convert leads into opportunities.

You will manage the demand generation budget, drive events and webinars follow-up, and continuously optimize campaigns with AI-assisted tools. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years B2B demand generation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HubSpot & Salesforce; Pardot or Marketo also relevant.
• Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social.
• Strong data analytics and dashboarding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation and MQL goals - plan and run demand programs.
• Build and run nurture programs, lead scoring, and segmentation.
• Turn community leads into McFadyen pipeline.
• Run paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Report MQL and pipeline results with sales.
