Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Canada is seeking a Senior Bilingual Contract Specialist to manage the full RFx lifecycle and contract negotiations. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Project Management to ensure timely, compliant bids and strong commercial outcomes.

Fluency in English and French is required, with 3–5 years in contract administration or RFx. Experience with healthcare contracts and CLM tools is an asset; remote work options available across Canada.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal skills.
3-5 years of contract administration, RFx management, or related field.
Experience reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full RFx lifecycle from opportunity through submission and execution.
Lead review, negotiation, and redlining of terms with stakeholders.
Act as liaison between customers and cross-functional teams for contract execution.
Prepare quotations and contracts in English and French.
Monitor bid opportunities across platforms and ensure timely submissions.
