Job summary

Terumo Medical Canada, Inc. in Vaughan, ON, is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage defined stages of the sales contract lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing terms, pricing, and performance for Terumo products.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to ensure compliant, high-quality contracts across IDN, GPO, and hospital segments. The role requires bilingual fluency, a Bachelor's degree and at least three years' contract analytics or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years contract analytics/administration experience.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and contracting needs.
• Knowledge of GPO, IDN, hospital and other sales-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contract terms and pricing with stakeholders.
• Monitor contract compliance and pricing accuracy across regions.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP submissions and contract analytics reporting.
• Own regional contract performance data and rebate activities.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
