Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Canada is seeking a Senior Bilingual Contract Specialist to manage the RFx lifecycle from opportunity to execution. You will negotiate terms in English and French, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure timely submissions and compliant documentation.

You will liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management, supporting contract administration and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with excellent written communication.
• University degree or equivalent education.
• 3–5 years in contract administration, RFx, or related field.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Healthcare contract knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full RFx lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and execution.
• Lead negotiation and redlining of terms with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders for contract negotiation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation in English and French.
• Monitor bid opportunities on procurement platforms and communicate relevant ones.
• Manage RFx responses and ensure submission requirements are met.
• Validate purchase orders and process contract-related transactions.
