Job summary

Canadian Science Publishing (CSP) is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our Strategy & Growth team for a 7-month fixed term contract, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. The role is available starting in November 2026 and is fully remote within Canada.

You will support institutional subscribers and authors, manage subscriptions, access entitlements, payment reconciliation, and reporting, while collaborating with finance and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment with a strong service mindset.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to resolve issues using available tools.
• Experience supporting external partners such as vendors, agents, or resellers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Triages and resolves subscriptions, product and purchasing issues with clients.
• Deliver author support for manuscript submissions, dashboards, and permissions.
• Manage subscriber access and entitlements to the publishing platform.
• Reconcile payments, invoicing, and resolve discrepancies with finance and sales.
• Respond to product inquiries and nurture client relationships.
• Administrative tasks for subscription management tools and reports.
