Job summary

Readymode is seeking a Sales Development Representative to assist Account Executives by nurturing inbound leads and introducing Readymode's cloud-based offerings via multiple channels. You will also prospect, research, and build your own pipeline to drive qualified opportunities.

You’ll join a collaborative team, with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on learning, backed by robust training and a 100% remote work option.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, SaaS preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening
• Passion for technology and cloud-based products
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, results-driven
• Coachable team player with a positive attitude
• Curious, tenacious with a learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Cultivate inbound leads and educate them on Readymode's offerings
• Outbound prospecting (cold and warm) via video, social media, phone and email
• Research and build your own pipeline of prospects. Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn to connect with and manage prospects
• Aim to meet or exceed KPI’s
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
