Job summary

Commsoft Technologies - Fidelio is seeking a Sales Representative for Software Solutions (SaaS) to present Fidelio ERP to potential clients across North America and demonstrate how it can optimize their operations. The role combines technology and sales in a dynamic growth area.

You will engage with decision-makers, generate leads, and participate in events to expand the North American market. Remote work is offered with flexible hours, training, and benefits, including insurance and a Group

Qualifications

• A degree in business or sales, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or in IT product sales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent English and French skills, bilingual required.
• Motivated to achieve sales objectives and build SME relationships.
• Experience with CRM/ERP projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Fidelio to prospects, highlighting key features and value.
• Generate leads and develop Fidelio ERP North America market; convert opportunities.
• Make prospecting calls to corporate accounts; engage decision-makers.
• Build a contact network through events, trade shows, webinars, etc.
• Identify market opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Document best practices and share with clients and prospects.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on follow-ups.
• Stay informed about Fidelio product updates.
