Directive Consulting is seeking a senior Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. You will guide a team of strategists, oversee complex client engagements, and stay hands-on in Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation environments.

You will partner with leadership to drive architecture, audits, integrations, and client success, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical work in a remote-first, globally distributed setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, Marketing Operations, Salesforce consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience in an agency or professional services setting supporting multiple client engagements.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading complex RevOps engagements (implementations, audits, migrations, integrations, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform outside Salesforce (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation integration across lead lifecycle, routing, automation, reporting, data governance.
• Experience leading client discovery and translating findings for senior stakeholders.
• Experience scoping consulting engagements and contributing to proposals and cross-sell.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations professionals.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
• Own or oversee strategic client relationships and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization across Salesforce and marketing automation.
• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for executives.
• Review strategist work for technical accuracy and quality before client delivery.
• Support scoping, solution design, and new business conversations for RevOps opportunities.
• Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and technical standards for scaling the practice.
• Maintain visibility into project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks.
