Placements24 seeks a results-driven Remote Revenue Manager for a hotel group. The role is fully remote, preferably based in South Africa, with responsibility for revenue optimization across multiple properties, pricing initiatives, and forecasting.

You will analyze markets, monitor trends, and collaborate with property teams to implement rate strategies. Strong analytics, PMS familiarity, and a track record of growth are required.

Formación

• Proven experience in revenue management within hospitality (min 5 years).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory strategies to maximize room revenue.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with hotel management to set rate strategies and sales initiatives.
• Monitor booking pace, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare revenue reports and present findings to senior management.
• Optimize distribution channels for maximum reach and profitability.
