Job summary

Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants in Toronto seeks an experienced Senior Revenue Manager for their head office to oversee branded hotels and resorts.

You will coordinate revenue management processes across the region, lead hotel revenue managers, optimize group and transient inventory, analyze demand, forecast, and maintain distribution data integrity. Knowledge of Opera PMS and Ideas Yield Management systems is an asset. Compensation is CAD 110,000 to 120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in revenue management.
• Hotel revenue management at property level.
• 2 years of leadership experience across multiple properties.
• Degree preferred in Business, Statistics or Hotel Management.

Job description

A leading hotel company seeks an experienced senior revenue manager for their head office in Toronto who will oversee a number of branded hotels and resorts.

The Senior Revenue Manager must possess a Business, Statistical Analysis or Hotel Management degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous hotel (property-level) revenue management plus 2 years (multiple property) leadership experience.

Reporting to the RDO, you will strategically coordinate the revenue management processes and procedures for all hotels in the region to maximize each hotel's revenue. You must be able to lead revenue management teams to ensure group and transient inventory controls are optimized by developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies; analyzing demand factors; forecasting; conducting competitive analysis; and maintaining distribution channel data integrity.

The Head of Revenue will give direction and guidance to the Hotel Revenue Managers to ensure revenue teams and hotels in the region are exercising best-in-class revenue management techniques based on market analysis.

As the Senior Revenue Manager, your personality is that of a team player and self-starter; you have great attention to detail, are able to work on your own, and are organized. Knowledge of Opera PMS, Ideas Yield Management systems is an asset.

Compensation: annual salary is between $110,000 and $ 120,000
